We didn’t just staff a clinic, Cayuse built a complete, ready-to-run health operation. Our team brought experienced registered nurses and medical doctors, fully equipped facilities, supplies, transportation, and hands-on program management.
From daily care to operational oversight, we made sure employees had consistent, high-quality health services they could count on.
Telehealth
Nurse Recruitment Experts developed the creative and
communications strategy for a bilingual English-Spanish public awareness campaign
to expand understanding and use of Colorado’s Telehealth services.
The project included a campaign with social media and digital marketing, print advertising, outreach, and development of a new website with accessible content, all of which was supported by our development of branded graphics and multimedia explaining how telehealth connects residents with care.
Social media and video ads, along with ads in local publications and outreach to community partners, drove more than 11,000 unique users to the new website to engage with telehealth educational content; reached and engaged more than 40% of residents across the seven target counties.
Ophthalmic
At an Army Medical Center, the need was clear: deliver consistent, high-quality ophthalmic services for a diverse beneficiary population—without gaps in staffing.
Cayuse helped strengthen that foundation by providing Ophthalmic Technicians who contributed to a stable, dependable workforce.
In the Laser Refractive Surgery Center, our team supported the full range of technical care required for ophthalmic services, bringing specialized knowledge, skills, and capability to day-to-day clinic operations.

Rural Nurse Recruitment
A tribal health organization
serving 27 rural tribal communities in Alaska faced high staffing costs due to
an over-reliance on travel nurses.
Nurse Recruitment Experts was engaged us to attract applicants willing to relocate, thereby reducing dependence on travel nurses, who cost between 50% and 75% more than permanent staff.
The campaign branded the opportunity as an “Alaskan Adventure,” promoting the unique lifestyle benefits of the region. By highlighting the cultural role of native Alaskans, exceptional outdoor amenities, and moderate coastal winters, NRX crafted an appealing message to attract leads from outside Alaska. Results to date: 114 applications, 20 offers accepted... and counting!
